ACD Skill Development Centre

ACD SDkill Development Centre is an NPC with an NPO status (213-640 NPO) since 2018...whose nature of business is Steel Construction and charitable projects naming a Welding Course and Food distribution based in Cape Town. 

 

While ACD Skill Development Centre has been effective in our community also known as Bread 4 Life 4 Change as our charitable project for the NPC. We know the problem before and after school nutrition runs wider that just our local community. A recent survey revealed that the unemployment rate is now 34.4% in the 1st quarter of 2022, about 40% students in a 20km radius who go home to an empty dinner table. Scientific research shows the lack of provision not only negative impacts physical development but emotional health. When a child receives a foam container with food from Bread 4 Life 4 Change, that child is not only receiving a meal he or she is having the opportunity to be nourished and have a better focus on school work.
